The Who, What, When, When, Where and Why of it all!

A newspaper article will always give very specific pieces of information. It will tell you details related directly to the story being presented. Most of the time it answers the questions who, what, when, where, why and sometimes how. Using one of the stories we have covered, I want you to construct a newspaper article complete with required details. Remember the byline is the writer's name.

Example:

Body Found at the Bazaar!
by Karen Ellison

Today at the east side bazaar in Lower Burma a corpse was found face down in the mud. At this time authorities have not released the name of the man. Witnesses say a group of neighborhood children found the man during a game of street soccer. Authorities have set out in search of a wild elephant seen rummaging through the bazaar earlier that Saturday morning. One child gave these details of what he briefly saw before being shooed away by a group of elderly women:
"The man was sprawled in the mud and his back had the print of an elephant foot". This detail is what sent the constables in search of 10 year old elephant "Sari". Sari's mahout explains that Sari is going through the must season and must have escaped from her chains. Mahout Deshani wishes to express his deepest condolences to the family of the unidentified coolie once he has been identified by family members or through dental records.
In the meantime, authorities continue to search for the wild animal.
